Graduated in industrial engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia before taking a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Girona, studies which he complemented with a PDG in Business Management at the IESE Business School in Barcelona. He has held various positions in the private sector, principally in the construction and energy supply industries as well as the published media, and has taught at the Spanish Ministry of Work. Since 2005 he has been studying the relationship between the price of shares and other assets and annual cycles.
